Beliefs
I believe in meeting people where they’re at in their healing journey. I aim to provide virtual individual counseling services that help others achieve their specific goals and become their best selves.
Experience
I began my professional career as a combat medic in the US Army. Health and mental health services are my areas of expertise. During college, I began my Behavioral Health career at Grady Memorial Hospital (SW Intern/Medical Social Worker) and at Georgia Regional Hospital (Social Service Practitioner). As a behavioral intake counselor for United Health Care, I gained further experience. I then began my federal career working in a mental health crisis and have continued working for the Department of Veteran Affairs for over ten years.
